Return & Refund Policy

At Kazeso, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. That’s why all eligible orders are covered by our 45-Day Return & Refund Guarantee. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Our 45-Day Guarantee

You may request a return or refund within 45 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Change of mind / Not as expected

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included

Defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item

  • We will provide a replacement, missing part, or refund at no additional cost

Tip: Please keep all original packaging until you’re sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.


2. Items Eligible for Return

Returnable items

  • Unused and undamaged products in original packaging

  • Items received defective, damaged, or incomplete

  • Incorrect item or variant received

Non-returnable items (unless defective)

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

  • Consumable items (such as filters or cleaning pads) once opened

  • Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Requests submitted more than 45 days after delivery


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Covered by Kazeso

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items or missing parts

Covered by the customer

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

No restocking fees are charged.


4. How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please contact us before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number (e.g., #KZ-XXXX)

  • Reason for return (change of mind / defective / damaged / wrong item / missing part)

  • Clear photos or a short video if the item is defective, damaged, or incomplete

Do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay or invalidate your return.


5. Return & Refund Process

Return

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address

  • Please securely repack the item with all original contents

  • Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt

Inspection & Refund

  • After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned incomplete

  • Products show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

If a partial refund is applicable, we will provide photos and details before processing.


7. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement, missing part, or refund at no extra cost.


8. Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or style:

  • Contact us first to check availability

  • We may offer a direct exchange or guide you through a return and re-order process


9. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Before shipment: Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can cancel or update the address.

  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Undeliverable packages will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.


10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or being unclaimed:

  • We can reship the order (customer covers reshipping costs), or

  • We can issue a refund minus outbound shipping fees, if applicable


11. Bundles, Sets & Promotional Items

  • Bundles or sets must be returned in full with all included items

  • Free or promotional items must also be returned, or their retail value may be deducted from the refund


12. Return Addresses

The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization email.
We use multiple fulfillment warehouses, so return addresses may differ from our registered office address.


13. Warranty (If Applicable)

Some products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as specified on the product page.
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
